Experience

Rodney started his professional career in IT working at a local Internet Service Provider in Karratha. During this time he oversaw the implementation of ADSL services to customers across the state before moving to Albany in 2006.

Prior to joining Lincolns, Rod worked for an IT consulting firm and the Rural Clinical School of WA (UWA), managing and supporting IT in their regional offices and student accommodation. Rodney has IT experience in higher education, local government, and business IT. He is passionate about technology and enjoys a great challenge.

Rod joined Lincolns in 2018. Rod is responsible for maintaining Lincolns’ IT infrastructure and systems. His work ensures that our systems are secure, which is very important for Lincolns’ business continuity in the age of cyber security threats. Rod spends much of his day providing IT support to all 50 of the Lincolns team members. Rod also provides IT support services to our clients.

What is your favourite pastime?

Attending various motorsports events, working with a local computer gaming group hosting events and attending govhack in 2017.
