Welcome Paul Meaton as our new Partner
We are delighted to announce that Paul Meaton has joined Gary, Craig, Brendan and Rob as a Partner at Lincolns. This significant career milestone is testament to Paul’s technical excellence, outstanding leadership skills and dedication to Lincolns clients.
Paul joined Lincolns in 1996 as our intern before venturing to start his career in IT. He must have missed us all as Paul returned to our Lincolns family as an accountant in 2009. Paul has extensive knowledge of the agribusiness, transport and retail industries and specialises in taxation, small business, primary production, software packages and succession planning and estate / life planning.
With his background in IT, Paul is highly skilled in advising clients on systems efficiencies, technology systems and improvements to streamline business operations. Russell Harrison’s retirement from the partnership
After 32 years leading the Lincolns team, Russell has retired from the Lincolns Partnership.
We celebrated Russell’s retirement from the Partnership in style on 30 June with a wonderful event at Monty’s Leap.
The team reminisced all of the changes throughout Russell’s time at Lincolns - from our first computer, the welcoming of our first in-house coffee machine, the numerous EOFY and Christmas parties and the wonderful clients and team members who have made his time so memorable.
We would like to send a huge thank you to Michelle Gray and Phil Shilcock who have recently completed the stunning renovations to the Monty’s Leap, we cannot wait to return when this venue is opened to the public. Delicious food was enjoyed by all from Kookas who consistently create mouthwatering meals. Thank you Iain and Jo MacInnes. We had the pleasure of Krysta Guille taking some photos of the evening.
You may still see Russell whizzing around the office as he remains with us in his new position of Audit Principal.
We cannot thank Russell enough for the endless devotion he has given Lincolns throughout the years. Each of us have learnt valuable lessons from him and his presence lent an air of gravitas to Lincolns. Thank you Russell, all the best on your (semi)retirement.
Launching our new website
We are very excited to announce the launch of our new website on 1 July. Retiring our faithful old site, we have given ourselves a revamp with a fresh new look and feel.
