Navigating the Labyrinth: Centrelink for Families
Edition 106
There are many wonderful things about becoming parents for the first time. There are also some things that we would rather not do or would like to put off for a later date. Centrelink is probably one of these, so we have composed this article in the hope that it might make things a little quicker and easier to navigate.

Make better business decisions with Business Intelligence

You have probably heard of artificial intelligence – computers that analyse every google search we do and every YouTube click we watch to learn about our behaviours and desires so that adverts and newsfeeds individually catered for us pop up whenever we use the internet. Many employers will be relieved to know that the amendments bring in a new legislated definition of what constitutes "casual" employment and an end to employers’ exposure to “double dipping” for underpayment claims from employees incorrectly classified as casual.

Business as (Un)usual
Edition 95
During September we ran a series of webinars called the Business Recovery Project. What was supposed to be a recession was actually starting to show, dare I say it, boom-type signs.
Whichever side of the fence you sit on, and whatever your reservations about how it will be paid back, you have to admit that the government stimulus of Cash boost, JobKeeper, JobSeeker, JobMaker and then asset write offs had that exact effect…stimulation.
